About Us

Oceanview Casino was first established in the Summer of 1989 (then Ocean View Card Room) in the heart of downtown Santa Cruz. In Spring of 2001, Oceanview moved less than a half mile away to its current location, 709 Pacific Avenue. Having more than doubled in size and staff since its inception, Oceanview still maintains its friendly, comfortable atmosphere for all players 21 and over.

Unlike larger card rooms in larger cities, we provide a more personalized, social atmosphere. Our customers have been meeting and staying in touch at Oceanview for over 25 years. Need to leave a message for another player/friend? Smart phone need a charge? Want a courtesy call when your name gets to the top of the list? Have a request for a specific game on TV? No problem. Simply contact any employee for assistance.

Oceanview works hard to be a positive part of the community. In addition to supporting various athletic teams in the county, we have also hosted several charity events and fundraisers.  Please contact the Casino Manager with any questions.
